Make it simple! and Keep it simple!!

Ibland har vi mĂ€nniskor en tendens att uppfinna hjulet – igen och igen och igen. NĂ€r det finns sĂ„ mycket annat vi hellre kan lĂ€gga tiden pĂ„… att se varandra, att bekrĂ€fta varandra, att vĂ€rna om varandra etc.

FramgÄngsrikt ledarskap har i alla tider handlat om att fÄ mÀnniskor att mÄ bra och att fÄ mÀnniskor att samarbeta pÄ ett sÀtt sÄ att allas kompetenser tas tillvara pÄ och bidrar till framgÄngen!

It’s about keeping it simple and sometimes even to follow old, proven, and even obvious ideas.
